Section 1 Eligibility

To register and use he555, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. he555 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing he555 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of he555 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that covers he555 or its affiliated platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

he555 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Section 2 Account Registration and Management

When you register at he555, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one he555 account only. If he555 detects that a player holds more than one account — whether identified by name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated using bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your he555 login credentials. Section 3 Deposits

he555 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. he555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in your he555 account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your he555 balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact he555 support with your transaction reference number.
• he555 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

he555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that appears to originate from a third party, or that is associated with suspicious activity. In such cases, he555 will contact you via your registered contact details.

Section 4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at he555 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. he555 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts, cards, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your account.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Processing time: Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. he555 may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued document.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player before processing is complete. Cancelled withdrawals return the funds to your he555 balance.
• he555 does not charge withdrawal fees. Mobile banking provider charges may apply.

he555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a technical error that may have affected the account balance.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotions

he555 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified he555 account and meet the eligibility criteria for the specific offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be made.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Not all games at he555 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published on the relevant bonus offer page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited.
• he555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by changes made after the claim date.

Section 6 Gameplay Rules

All games available at he555 use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game page. he555 does not alter RTP settings for individual players or accounts.

By placing a bet at he555, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by he555 staff or any external party.
• The result displayed on your screen at the end of each game round is final, subject to the technical verification process described below.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display error — he555 will use server-side records to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be verified, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.

Section 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at he555. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban from he555.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with he555 games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using he555 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's he555 account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward he555 staff or other players.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.

Section 11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your he555 account at any time by contacting he555 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

he555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• he555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A player has been identified as holding multiple accounts.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
